After years of identifying opportunities and then handing transactions off to attorneys and brokers, she earned her real estate license to provide clients with a more hands-on, strategic experience from initial opportunity through closing.

Today, Stephanie combines that investor mindset with extensive experience in vineyard and winery operations, land management, development, hospitality, and estate ownership. As Director of DTC & Operations for Quivira Vineyards & Winery and co-founder of a successful land management and consulting company, she offers clients a unique perspective that extends well beyond traditional real estate.
